1. Inquiry
Customer may provide our salesperson with your requirements regarding to the product features. Later, our salesperson will customize the products according to the internal management platform of our company.
2. Sales contract signing
According to the agreement between salesperson and customer, the company will provide a unified contract version. Final version of sales contract will be signed.
3. Invoicing
According to the financial system, an invoice specialize for material will be issued to the purchaser upon payment received.

(1). Headquarter provide design training before the dealers are officially appointed
(2). For project that has confirmed design such as bidding documents with demonstrated proposal, the design documents and geological survey drawings are sent to the headquarters by the dealers. Next, choices of anchors will be given by the headquarters.
(3). For project that has unconfirmed design, the information regarding the basic structure design and pile foundation design are sent to the headquarters by the dealers together with the geological survey drawings. The general technical service department provides suggestion related to the anchor design.

6. Construction services
Construction service department proposes a specific solution for the customized products.
7. Manufacturing assembly
Manufacturing assembly crew conducts self-inspection for the custom-made products. Besides, the crew will inspect each other works before handing over to corresponding department while the quality control crew will track the inspection to ensure the products are up to standard.
8. Shipping arrangement
Products will be shipped if they are qualified after being inspected. In addition, invoice specialized for materials, product certification, electrical conductivity report of the anchor and quality certification documents will be provided. (Steel strand warranty, cyclic load anchoring inspection for each batch, cyclic load performance inspection)
9. Quality acceptance
Salesperson should reflect to the sales department for exchange purpose if the products are seriously damaged and cannot carry out its functions before the products are accepted by the recipients.
10. After-sales service
1) Upon the arrival of the products, select certain proportion of the products according to the needs under the witness of the supervisor and send them to the third-party inspection unit for materials testing again.
2) Conduct communication prior to the construction. Next, carry out construction meanwhile giving instructions.
3) Supplier will provide suggestions for improvement, feedback related to the bearing capacity of the anchor and recovery rate based on the customer feedback on the electrical conductivity of the construction anchor to make the product perfect.
